Along with Stoker’s Full Moon Series, T.U.N.G dining team is excited to co-host the next edition - 'Once In A Blue Moon'!

The unique phenomenon of a blue moon will occur at the end of October this year. This special moment only happens on average every 2.5 years, which represents Stoker’s intent for this dinner of unique and captivating!

A collaboration dinner between The Monkey Gallery DINING × T.U.N.G dining. Where chef Viet Hong and chef Hoang Tung will work in harmony and bring upon the best degustation course for our gallery visitors this upcoming July 29th, 2020.

T.U.N.G dining team had the opportunity to welcome all members of Nordic Chamber of Commerce Vietnam (NordCham) and four Ambassadors of Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland.

T.U.N.G dining proudly presents the 1st collaboration dinner in our restaurant. On the 6th of August, we will open the door of our kitchen to welcome Chef Johnson Wong and his team from restaurant gēn 根 in Penang, Malaysia for a 4 hands dinner event gēn 根 x T.U.N.G dining.
