Along with Stoker’s Full Moon Series, T.U.N.G dining team is excited to co-host the next edition - 'Once In A Blue Moon'!

The unique phenomenon of a blue moon will occur at the end of October this year. This special moment only happens on average every 2.5 years, which represents Stoker’s intent for this dinner of unique and captivating!

Teaming up with Chef Tung is Stoker Executive Chef George Bloomfield, possessing international and diverse cooking experiences from his years working in Melbourne and Tokyo. George shares that his cooking style has matured by working with wood fire and beautiful seasonal ingredients, focusing on celebrating simple elegance and delicate flavours. 

Together, Tung and George have curated an exquisite 12-course gastronomic journey, offering our guests different aroma, texture and flavour experiences. Two thoughtfully paired diverse beverage menus have been designed to enhance the journey. 

This is an evening that promises to be a 'once in a blue moon' night on the culinary calendar in Vietnam!
