Continuing its storytelling journey through the language of art, T.U.N.G dining presents The Treasure Gallery of Vietnam’s Flavors — where flavors become brushstrokes, local Vietnamese ingredients transform into textures, and each dish emerges as a living masterpiece within the grand canvas of Vietnamese cuisine.

This is not merely a meal, but an exhibition. Here, Chef Hoang Tung leads with finesse and passion, elevating familiar ingredients such as ambarella, Hue shrimp paste, garlic stems, or sweet potatoes into “treasures” at once familiar and unexpected.
