Hailing culinary expertise and creative flairs that set him apart from many, Hoang Tung has secured his position as one of the youngest Head Chefs to watch for in the Vietnamese culinary map. 

Chef Tung looks forward to channeling his deep-rooted passion for quality ingredients, local produce and innovative cooking techniques, to create dishes that inspire memory for years to come. His constantly evolving tasting menu embodies the best in seasonality and flavors that pay homage to both his home country and the Scandinavia where he studied and worked across many Michelin-starred restaurants.

An enthusiastic learner and a dedicated coach in the kitchen, Hoang Tung is also eager to instill his passion in his Culinary team at T.U.N.G dining. "Nothing gives me such inspiration as watching our chefs in their element, getting creative on a daily basis. We believe that the ethos of working with dedication and our commitment to only the best in quality will enable T.U.N.G dining to become an unmistakable dining destination in Hanoi"

Nguyet Anh is a an expert in business and financial management, with her alma mater in Finland and the United Kingdom. 

While being the only female member of the management team, Anh's senses of entrepreneurship, sharp eyes for details and a strong-willed leadership, led by the belief that "numbers don't lie", have fast proven her the backbone of T.U.N.G dining towards becoming one of the leading fine-dining establishments in Hanoi.
