Round-table with Nordic Ambassadors
On Feb 27th 2020, T.U.N.G dining team had the opportunity to welcome all members of Nordic Chamber of Commerce Vietnam (NordCham) and four Ambassadors of Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland.
Upon arrival at the restaurant the ambassadors and the NordCham members were greeted by a warm, Nordic inspired atmosphere which provided the perfect setting for the informal yet open exchange of opinions and ideas.
Violinist Ms. Trinh Minh Hien featured two well-chosen pieces of first Norwegian composer Edvard Grig and then Vietnamese composer Doan Nho.
The Ambassadors’ Roundtable event included a beautifully executed Nordic inspired gastronomic menu. Head Chef Hoang Tung and the team prepared and elaborated meticulously the dishes in both flavors and plating process. It was our pleasure to be able to deliver a cozy round-table dinner, to meet and share our passion for gastronomic cuisine, and it was great to receive attendee's compliments, which really give us a pad on the back to keep striving for the best.
